Multifunctional space designed for creative collaboration and agile work—a reflection of corporate culture

Scope Architects have reimagined an existing creative space at the heart of the Bosch Campus. The vision: to transform the 600 m² area into a modern, purposeful environment through clear, functional design. Nestled on the 12th floor of the campus's main building, the newly conceived "Platform 12" serves as an inspiring hub for professional collaboration, agile teamwork, and international engagement—equally suited for workshops, conferences, and everything in between.

The floor-to-ceiling windows framing expansive views define this creative space. They flood the room with natural light while evoking a compelling sense of openness. Lush green zones create a striking contrast against the sharp geometry of red-painted metal frames—the company's signature color. These frames integrate both planting and flexible curtain systems, allowing the space to be adapted and subdivided as needed while creating visual punctuation. Bold red accents throughout establish a progressive yet welcoming atmosphere. Geometric intarsia patterns in the linoleum flooring, paired with wall colors, heighten the spatial three-dimensionality. Stenciled graphic elements trace a dynamic path across the walls, articulating the company's core principles and global messages.

Mobile standing tables and whiteboards make these spaces ideal for collaborative design thinking and agile workshops. The phone booth offers a quiet retreat for private conversations. Acoustically engineered ceilings absorb ambient noise. The floor plan comprises four distinct zones: three flexible workshop areas with standing-height work surfaces and an event space that transforms with a mobile stage and modular seating. The kitchenette—softly lit and furnished with a standing counter—becomes a natural gathering spot for informal breaks and conversations, with red tones playing a defining role here as well. Comfortable seating throughout encourages spontaneous dialogue and connection.
