Designed by Berlin architect Gerhard Spangenberg, the Ardex Tower will rise as a striking 90-metre landmark in Witten's skyline—while seamlessly complementing the existing buildings and the new Ardex campus. With this expansion of its headquarters, Ardex—a family-owned specialist in advanced construction chemicals—is making a bold architectural statement. The 24-storey tower stands as one of the Ruhr region's tallest office buildings, distinguished by its exceptional design and commanding presence. Spanning 10,000 m², the tower will open its doors in 2022, accommodating 200 employees and creating approximately 100 new positions. Beyond its functional role, this highly visible and iconic structure will serve as a defining landmark—a point of reference and identity for residents, employees, and visitors alike.
