When the name says it all
The Tatcraft Canteen – rotating menus for everyone, not just creatives
Tim and Fabian, both unconventional entrepreneurs, founded Tatcraft—a creative studio born from the vision of doing something bold and groundbreaking. What was once an industrial warehouse has become a thriving workshop: a professional workspace that doubles as an innovation hub, where ideas transform into tangible products at remarkable speed.
But you can't create on an empty stomach, so a canteen became essential. Perched on the top floor and accessed only by an external staircase, it captures an unmistakable loft aesthetic—complete with long communal tables and an open kitchen. It's the kind of concept you'd expect to find in major creative hubs like Berlin or London.
The menu changes weekly, featuring international soul food, sandwiches, and breakfast—all sourced from organic producers. Sundays bring the Tatcraft community together for Family Brunch, a regular gathering that sets the tone for the space. Beyond serving guests, the canteen hosts rotating events, opens for private rental, and offers its kitchen to startups and emerging food concepts for testing—embodying the "sharing is caring" philosophy. There's also a dedicated photo and film studio for food photography and styling.
A singular creative space where the canteen is as remarkable as the workshop itself—delivering excellence in both cuisine and design.
