Raising the Porsche Experience in Frankfurt
A striking new dealership that combines visionary architecture with an immersive brand experience
When the Porsche Centre Frankfurt opened its doors in September, it welcomed customers, friends, and sports car enthusiasts into something altogether new. The standout feature? Visionary architecture paired with an immersive experience designed to captivate. From the moment you arrive, the striking slatted façade signals what's inside—an open, inviting retail concept that draws you in. Step through, and you're greeted by the Welcome area at the "Porscheplatz." The showroom showcases state-of-the-art multimedia lounges and interactive displays, while the service area—with its generous, transparent design—creates spaces where you can explore, settle in, and linger.
The Fitting Lounge stands out as a particularly exciting innovation. "This is where automotive dreams become reality," says Managing Director Jörg Bergerhausen. "Customers can explore countless color and material combinations, then configure their perfect Porsche in complete detail—from materials and finishes to wheels and exclusive trim options." Working alongside a sales consultant, you'll design your ideal model, watching it materialize on a large screen with precise specifications and come to life as an animated visualization. Classic Porsche owners and enthusiasts aren't overlooked either. As the official Porsche Classic Partner, the centre offers a dedicated Classic Corner featuring rare heritage models, while specialist consultants in the lounge guide clients through buying and selling classic automobiles—all maintained to modern standards and technology.
At the new Porsche Place, customers can pause over specialty coffee from a local roaster while taking in a piece of racing history—seven Glöckler Porsches built between 1948 and 1953, collectively setting 17 world records. An integrated Porsche Shop completes the experience, offering everything from designer apparel and accessories to vehicle upgrades. Beyond architecture, the service experience itself has been reimagined. The open-plan design invites customers into the diagnostic process, while the technical heart of Porsche craftsmanship remains visible and tangible throughout the facility.
