The basement garage offers pre-wired EV charging stations, while dedicated spaces allow residents to charge e-bikes directly.

Rare for new construction, the restored quarry stone wall framing the property to the street speaks to a deep respect for the site's existing character and heritage. Carefully dismantled during construction, local craftspeople meticulously rebuilt it using traditional techniques—creating a compelling dialogue between timeless craftsmanship and contemporary design.
