The Acoustics Question

Creating Comfort in Open Workspaces

Introducing a world premiere at Orgatec: Jab Anstoetz unveils its new wall and ceiling panels—"Acoustic Panels"—designed by Werner Aisslinger. The standout feature? These panels were engineered with versatility and sustainability at their core. They combine low-carbon aluminum frames with partially Cradle to Cradle certified fabrics. "Our new solution transforms open workspaces into genuinely comfortable environments," explains Claus Anstoetz, managing partner. "The collection combines bespoke standard and 3D shapes to address acoustic challenges—delivering both function and beauty."

Offering eleven fabric variations, this sound-absorbing collection perfectly complements the Acoustic Curtains range, spanning three distinct product lines: Guard, Multitalents, and Silencer. The exhibition stand itself, also shaped by Werner Aisslinger's vision, spans approximately 300 m². Here, visitors will discover flexible zoning solutions and innovative approaches to acoustic wall and ceiling design. In the dedicated Acoustics Lab, they can experience the Acoustic Panels' performance firsthand, paired with integrated ceiling lighting from Erco. Three architectural visionaries—Studio Aisslinger, Joi-Design, and Lepel& Lepel—have created an immersive showcase with "Garden of Work," "Modern Library," and "Third Skin," each reimagining the future of workspaces, hospitality design, and adaptive spaces. We warmly invite Orgatec visitors to explore these concepts and connect with designers Werner Aisslinger, Monika Lepel, and Sabrina Voecks.
