Inviting and uniform
A feel-good atmosphere makes working in a shared office more pleasant
A private client wanted to improve the office space used by a shared office. The lounge in particular was to be given a new and inviting design, while the kitchen and offices, most of whose furniture was taken from the existing space, were to be made more appealing through refreshing measures.
The interior designers and product designers from Offenbach-based Studio Wolf Interior Design have transformed the office space into a feel-good place. To achieve this, they used specific wall colors and wallpaper to create a pleasant and motivating environment for the employees. A coherent color concept was particularly important in order to create a uniform ambience in the divided office spaces. The design had to be functional for both office and meeting rooms, but also suitable for the requirements of several tenants. In the offices, the wallpaper in particular creates a pleasant atmosphere, while wooden panels in various rooms not only improve the acoustics but also give the offices a warm touch. The green wall paint in the kitchen sets fresh accents. The combination of wooden worktops and dark green wall units gives it a modern and inviting atmosphere. In the lounge, bouclé fabrics and chrome elements create a character that is both prestigious and homely. The special highlight here: a custom-made coffee table made of travertine and stone. In the individual offices, the designers have supplemented the bright ambient light with atmospheric lighting using table and floor lamps. This not only creates optimal working conditions, but also a pleasant atmosphere.
With three different tenants in one property, Stefanie Wolf and her team naturally had to communicate and coordinate a lot in order to be able to plan the project carefully and carry it out smoothly. Within around 12 to 16 weeks, they implemented all measures from the needs analysis to the design and final implementation.
