Eight Questions for Consumers, Brand Manufacturers, and Retailers

In early 2020, CUBE conducted a brief survey at IMM Cologne, the international furniture trade fair, on the topic of "Furniture purchasing – in-store versus online." The survey gathered responses from 151 participants: private consumers (52%), architecture professionals (26%), furniture manufacturers (17%), and furniture retailers (4%). The goal was to understand the current state of the furniture market.
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, online furniture purchases are expected to have grown significantly.
