This established pharmacy on Kelkheim's market square underwent a complete transformation. The owner envisioned a modern, organized space that would strengthen the connection with customers—a vision that became the driving force behind the entire redesign. Brandherm + krumrey's interior design strategy focused on one clear objective: creating a warm, inviting environment that inspires confidence.

Before the redesign, the pharmacy's sales area felt cluttered and disorienting. The goal was clear: introduce transparency and order. The team began by asking how to translate the owner's expertise and genuine customer care into a cohesive visual identity—one that would simultaneously improve wayfinding and customer experience. Their solution: reorganize the sales floor spatially and introduce color-coded zones. Each functional area now has its own identity, making navigation intuitive while reinforcing a welcoming atmosphere. Minimal metal-frame shelving with clean lines reinforces the open, honest aesthetic and lets each product speak for itself.

A dedicated consultation zone ensures privacy when customers need it. The redesigned space balances openness with comfort through warm wood tones at the counters and a generously padded seating area at the room's center. The earthy red shelving and bench paired with mint-green accent walls behind the counters evoke natural, calming colors. The result? The pharmacy feels noticeably larger, fully accessible, and thoughtfully designed—modern yet genuinely welcoming.
