Designing new office spaces for real estate consultants is a challenging task. After all, it is part of their daily business to develop attractive office properties that are equipped with innovative usage concepts for the future. They therefore understand the full spectrum of solutions and have already managed a wide range of sophisticated projects for their clients. The new German headquarters of Colliers on the 9th and 10th floors of the Four project's T4 office tower thus exemplifies a new understanding of modern workplace design. The interior design concept, developed by Merz Innenarchitektur, could serve as a blueprint for additional locations of the real estate consultancy.

The company's DNA served as the foundation for the spatial design: high-quality materials, such as those featured in the reception and conference areas, define the clean and timeless aesthetic and reflect the company's values. The bright and natural color palette, combined with accent lighting, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The reception area itself greets both visitors and employees with an open, inviting atmosphere. Clean lines and light colors immediately convey professionalism alongside a relaxed mood. The smooth surfaces of the conference tables are complemented by tactile materials such as high-pile carpets and leather-upholstered, ergonomic and elegant conference chairs. Accent lighting and subtle color tones create a pleasant work environment that fosters concentration and productivity. Panoramic windows in the conference rooms, equipped with the latest technology, offer impressive views across the city. In the work lounge, the interior architects incorporated the blue and green tones of the office tower "Aqua," as Tower 4 is called, in harmony with their client's corporate identity. With a generous 165 m², the work lounge provides the flexibility to create distinct zones for different activities and uses. Through thoughtfully varied furnishings, the space accommodates communication, dining, and work. Comfortable seating and a lounge-style yet sophisticated interior design promote exchange and collaboration among employees. The combination of natural materials and contemporary design elements gives the lounge both a relaxed and distinctly professional character.
