Gofurnit designs and builds luminaires with attention to detail

Ardere-WEB-HeaderV2_700

Manuel Döpper founded the Gofurnit label in 2019, initially as a hobby: his enthusiasm for wooden materials and the way they play with light led him to design luminaires and manufacture them with a love of detail. He now pursues this passion full-time. Every light that is created in his studio in Zollstock is unique. Even if the products are similar in shape and form, each trunk has its own lively grain. This is particularly evident in the thinly sliced and oiled wood veneer. Each strip of veneer is selected individually. The offcuts are used to make bookmarks or decorative bowls. The wood veneers are made entirely from real wood with FSC certification and are produced in Germany. The thin wood remains very resistant without losing its flexibility and special grain.

Gofurnit offers various luminaire series - the individual products are optionally available in different types of veneer. The Fleur wall light is available in smoked walnut, for example. The wood is evenly illuminated from the inside without dazzling, creating a relaxed room atmosphere. The Ardēre floor light is available in satin walnut, among others. It is suitable for living and sleeping areas: With its passive illumination, it creates a natural, warm ambience. Veneria pendant light can be used above the dining or living room table. The lamp is available in three different sizes - diameters of 50, 60 and 70 cm are available.
