Welcoming and Cohesive

A welcoming atmosphere transforms shared office work into a genuinely pleasant experience.

A private client sought to enhance their shared office space. The priority was reimagining the lounge as a fresh, inviting destination, while thoughtfully refreshing the kitchen and offices—preserving existing furnishings where possible—to create a more engaging environment.

The interior and product designers at Studio Wolf Interior Design in Offenbach transformed the office into a space where people actually want to work. Through carefully selected wall colors and wallpapers, they created an environment that energizes and motivates. A cohesive color palette was essential to unifying the shared office experience across multiple tenants. The design needed to balance functionality in both working and meeting areas while accommodating the distinct needs of each tenant. Wallpapers throughout the offices establish a warm, inviting feel, while wooden paneling serves double duty—enhancing acoustics while adding warmth to the space. In the kitchen, a vibrant green accent wall brings fresh energy, complemented by a natural wood countertop and deep green cabinetry that feels both contemporary and welcoming. The lounge strikes an equally sophisticated and comfortable note through bouclé fabrics and chrome accents, anchored by a striking custom travertine and stone coffee table. Layered lighting—combining ambient overhead fixtures with task and floor lamps—makes the individual offices both productive and pleasant, elevating the everyday experience of work.

Managing three separate tenants in one building required Stefanie Wolf and her team to maintain seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. From initial needs assessment through final handover, they delivered comprehensive solutions in just 12 to 16 weeks.
