Real Estate Arena 2025
Trade fair and innovation conference
The Real Estate Arena returns for its fourth edition on May 14–15 in Hannover, expanding into two exhibition halls – Halls 4 and 3 – for the first time. This growth reflects the event's deepening partnership with the REAL Future Conference and surging momentum across the real estate and construction sectors. Under the banner "We are Building the Future," the REAL Future Conference becomes the intellectual centerpiece of Real Estate Arena 2025, serving as a hub for industry insights and meaningful connections within Germany's real estate market. Alongside Hall 4's 400+ exhibitors, Hall 3 transforms into an immersive experience zone featuring keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive formats—from fishbowls and masterclasses to workshops—and strategic networking opportunities. Beyond addressing economic pressures and regulatory challenges, the agenda prioritizes actionable solutions: innovative business models, sustainable urban development, and real estate digitalization will define the conversation.
The REAL Future Conference 2025 spotlights five key areas: project, neighbourhood, and urban development; future living; lifecycle thinking and circular economy; smart cities and communities; energy transition and decarbonization; plus dedicated space for retail, logistics, and industrial uses. True to form, the Real Estate Arena welcomes thought leaders from beyond the real estate sphere—fresh perspectives that inspire and spark new dialogue. Ranga Yogeshwar, Germany's most prominent science communicator, headlines May 14 with "The Great Transformation – Opportunities from Technology to AI, from Energy to Smart Cities." Legendary referee Urs Meier follows with insights on "Leadership Under Pressure – Challenges & Opportunities." The celebration concludes with a vibrant networking party on May 15, featuring entertaining pitches, live music, and unexpected surprises for both exhibitors and attendees.
