This award celebrates architectural excellence—recognizing homes that stand out for their exceptional design, thoughtful material choices, and seamless integration with their surroundings. Architects are invited to showcase their most distinctive projects, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique lifestyles of its inhabitants, whether nestled in urban centers or rural landscapes.

Time is running out for the Houses of the Year 2026 competition. Projects must be submitted by 12 February 2026; the Architects' Choice deadline is 5 June 2026. The awards ceremony takes place on 22 October 2026.
