British Film Music Night
Concert in Wiesbaden Spa Gardens
No James Bond film is complete without spectacular locations! When, in this concert, the Munich Radio Orchestra turns its attention not only to the music from the films featuring the charismatic Agent 007, but also to other great hits from British films such as *Harry Potter*, *Miss Marple*, *Murder on the Orient Express* and *The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes*, the visual spectacle is sure to be opulent: For the sprawling Wiesbaden Spa Gardens are not only a place to unwind, but, as one of the festival’s most beautiful venues, also provide a setting for a relaxed summer atmosphere.
In keeping with this year’s country focus on the ‘United Kingdom’, the Munich Radio Orchestra will, this evening, conjure up cinematic scenes in the listener’s mind with classic English film scores, treating its audience to a symphonic rollercoaster of emotions: by turns dramatic, touching, humorous and cool – and, above all, always brimming with enthusiasm and a spirit of musical adventure.
