MAX45 2025
Exhibition opening at the BDA Gallery in Hamburg
The "MAX45 – 2025" prize for young architects, which was awarded for the second time by the five North German BDA regional associations in collaboration with VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG and supported by the Association for the Promotion of Architecture, seeks to provide answers from the younger generation to the question of contemporary building. The award recognises the work of young firms, aims to draw special attention to them and showcase the creative potential of their projects.
The name says it all: architects must be 45 years old or younger. From a total of 38 submissions, the jury awarded five equal prizes and shortlisted three entries. It also selected nine other entries from the judging tour to be included in the exhibition and catalogue. Opening reception on 5 February at 7 p.m.
The exhibition will be on display from 6 February to 17 March 2026 in the gallery of the BDA Hamburg. It is open Monday to Thursday from 2 pm to 5 pm and by appointment.
Registration is not required.
