The Ku'damm welcomes another jewel to its crown. The façade of this former grand residence, nestled between the Gedächtniskirche and Kranzler Eck, has been painstakingly restored to its original splendor—and the interiors are equally radiant. Architect Petra Kahlfeld undertook the exacting task of restoring the structure to conservation standards, and the results are nothing short of magnificent. Built in 1889 after designs by architect Richard Beyme, the building soon became home to "Mampes gute Stube," a legendary establishment famous for its house-made spirits. Its neighbor was even more iconic: the "Gloria Palast," boasting an impressive cinema hall with capacity for 1,200 guests. Unfortunately, this building's original structure could not be preserved and has been replaced by two contemporary structures designed by architects Ortner and Ortner. Today, the entire ensemble at Ku'damm 12–15 is known as "Gloria Berlin."

Satellite Office has now opened in the historic building at number 15—a company redefining the modern workplace with a commitment to uncompromising luxury. Founder Anita Gödiker pioneered the concept of "shared offices" back in 1997, decades before coworking became a household term. Since December 2020, "KUD 15" represents the company's latest flagship location. As with all Satellite Office spaces, Gödiker personally designed the interiors herself. On Ku'damm, she draws inspiration from the boulevard's storied glamorous past, transforming offices, meeting rooms, and open workspaces into refined environments with sophisticated aesthetics. The narrative unfolds through thoughtful wall design: a dedicated room honoring Marlene Dietrich, who premiered "Der Blaue Engel" nearby; another celebrating Hildegard Knef; and three original preserved "Mampe" rooms on the ground floor, which now serve as offices alongside spaces throughout the entire five-story building spanning 1,950 m². On the fifth floor, an elegant bar completes the experience, serving authentic Mampe Gin.

Striking lighting design, premium materials, refined furnishings, ergonomic height-adjustable desks, and a carefully curated color palette establish the aesthetic. These contemporary design elements harmonize beautifully with the faithfully restored stucco ceilings, wooden beams, ceramic stoves, historic doorways, and ornamental ceiling paintings. An elegant sanctuary for the modern office.
